Proteus Training

Less than 5% of human movement is in a simple straight line. We move dynamically through life. And while we can get very strong, training through power lifts like squats and deadlifts, there is now another tool that can bring strength and power through all points of a dynamic curve, while identifying points of opportunity and weakness.

The Proteus equipment recently installed in our gym facility has given us the chance to test and score StressHead members in a brand new way. Then, through digital workout plans built into the Proteus software, we can focus on the points of opportunity, training in a more comprehensive way toward total control and power.
