Personal Training
One on One Personal Training is our bread + butter… We’ve been in the business for more than 4 decades! Each session is customized toward a program built from your goals and unique set of measured strengths. We have all of the equipment in our own private studio and we can train you to build practices on your own to fill in between our sessions. Choose from 30 minutes or 50 minutes.
Sometimes, a workout buddy (or two) can help to push us. Maybe even make us laugh a little. Customized sessions for small groups of two to four can be arranged. Circuit training becomes easier as the training partner that keeps us going is at the station just ahead, but the personal training and proper explanation is still a critical and featured part of the training.
