We will train power and speed into the swing motion, while developing a discipline aimed at avoiding injury. The GoLong Golf Training program will measure and aim at very specific power goals. Using mobility, flexibility and power lifting techniques, head speed is increased and a more consistent swing is developed. Strength training stimulates new adaptations in the neuromuscular system. Regular, repetitive strength training in the core, hip and quads builds power.
